Customer guarantee: We are authorized dealers for all items sold on our website. All items are brand new and feature a full manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified. We feature a 30 day money back guarantee minus shipping and a 5% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items unless item is defective in which case Decibel Audio will cover all related shipping costs. All items must be returned with complete packaging and manuals and in the cosmetic condition in which they were received. Phono cartridges are only guaranteed against defect but and return arrangements must be made within 7 days. Phono cartridges are not covered under the 6 month exchange privilege either, though we will work with you to get a deal on any new cartridge you may want. Please contact us via e-mail or over the phone to make return arrangements.
We also feature a 6 month exchange privilege. Just ship back the item(s) with original packing and in the condition they were received and you have everything you paid (minus shipping) in trade towards any item(s) we sell.
Used equipment carries a 6 month parts and labor warranty and 6 month exchange privilege. We do not accept returns on used equipment unless the item is defective and a suitable replacement cannot be found.
